Happy Rundays Club is Stone, Staffordshire's Running & Resilience Community.

We use running, strength training, mindset and community as tools to help you live your standard.

Through fitness programming, club runs, outdoor sessions and shared challenges, members become stronger, fitter and more resilient. They have real pride in how they show up.

To be part of HRC, you don’t need to be a runner.

You don’t even need to be fit.

You just need to be ready to set your standard and commit to the journey.
