Cancellation policy

1. Payments & Billing

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (usually monthly unless stated otherwise).

By signing up, you authorise us to:
    •    Take payment automatically using your chosen payment method
    •    Continue billing until your membership is cancelled

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

2. Cancelling Your Membership

You can cancel your membership at any time via your account or by emailing ben@happyrundays.club before your next billing date.
    •    Cancellation stops future payments
    •    You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period
    •    We don’t offer refunds for unused time unless required by UK consumer law

This does not affect your statutory rights.
