Happy Rundays Club Membership - induction week starts February 2nd - limited places.
Become a Happy Rundays Club member and build a body (and mindset) that’s fitter, stronger and better equipped to handle whatever life throws at you.
This isn’t just about workouts. Happy Rundays Club blends running, strength training, mindset work and community support to help you feel confident, resilient and consistent — not burnt out or doing it all alone.
Please read all the information below carefully and only sign up if you’re confident the membership is the right fit for you.
How the Membership Works
Happy Rundays Club works on a monthly subscription, with payments taken on or around the same date each month. The first payment is taken on sign-up.
As a member, you’ll receive:
- Workouts and mindset programming delivered straight to your phone via the TrueCoach app

Expert coaching-led programming, including:
- 2–3 running or cardio sessions per week
- 1–2 strength sessions per week
- 1–2 core sessions per week
- 1 mindset session per week
- Coaching feedback and support through the app
- Explainer videos to guide technique, form and execution
- Two Happy Rundays Club community runs per month
- Access to the HRC community via WhatsApp and Facebook
- Weekly online member drop-ins for questions, support and guidance
Please note, HRC is not 1-2-1 personal training and you must be over the age of 18 to subscribe.
What Happens After You Sign Up?
Once you’ve joined, you’ll receive:
- Induction paperwork covering current fitness levels, goals, training history, nutrition and lifestyle factors
- A coaching session booked within your first month to discuss goals, blockers and motivators (Ideally face-to-face, but online options are available)
- An invitation to access Happy Rundays Club on the TrueCoach app, where all programming and communication lives
What You’ll Need
To get the most out of the membership, you’ll need:
- Availability to attend optional in-person community runs based in Stone, Stafford and Stoke-on-Trent. (Happy Rundays Club is primarily an online coaching membership with local meet-ups for members who are nearby.)
- Access to basic weights and/or resistance bands
- Ability to run 30 mins with at least 10 mins without walking
- Appropriate running footwear
- The ability to track heart rate during workouts

A realistic commitment of 3–6 months

PAR-Q & Medical Clearance Confirmation
Before joining Happy Rundays Club, please read and confirm the following carefully.
Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q)
You confirm that either:

You have answered NO to all questions below
or - You have answered YES to one or more questions and have obtained appropriate medical clearance before participating
PAR-Q Questions
- You have a heart condition or have been advised to only undertake medically supervised exercise
- You experience chest pain during physical activity or at rest
- You experience dizziness, fainting, or loss of balance
- You have a bone, joint, or muscular condition that could be worsened by exercise
- You have high blood pressure or take medication that affects exercise participation
- You are pregnant, post-natal, or returning to exercise after pregnancy
- You have any other medical condition, injury, or health concern that may affect your ability to exercise safely
Agreement at Checkout
By ticking the box at checkout, you confirm that:
- You have completed the PAR-Q honestly and accurately
- If you answered YES to any PAR-Q question, you have obtained clearance from a qualified medical professional
- You understand that Happy Rundays Club does not provide medical advice or assess medical fitness to train
- You accept full responsibility for your health, safety and physical condition during all training and activities
Completion of this sign-up confirms that you are medically fit to participate or have obtained appropriate medical approval.
